How can I pay?

  • Quick & easy check out process accepting Credit or Debit CardPayPalShop Pay (a Shopify service), Apple Pay, Facebook/Meta Pay or Google Pay.
  • We also accept Shop Pay Installments if you have applied & been approved (this provides you with four monthly interest-free payments via Shopify's Shop Pay Installments service).
  • If you have applied and been approved by Shop Pay Installments, we gladly accept four monthly interest-free payments via Shop Pay Installments.

What does pre-order or made-to-order mean?

When we can, we'll give you the option to order an out of stock item as a Made-to-Order or Pre-Order items. This means your item will be created or ordered upon your checkout completion.  This may also mean the necessary supplies need restocking before making.  We'll give you an estimated time frame and make sure you receive your order as soon as possible as well as alert you in the event of any delays.


Is the item I want in stock?

Many items are ready to ship and can be sent out right away.

However, we do also provide Made-to-Order items which do allow color selection and ordering a version not currently in stock.

Please be sure to check product descriptions for indication of orders being Made-to-Order vs. Ready-to-Ship.

Where is my order?

We'll send you an email and SMS once your item has been shipped, with the expected arrival date and a link to track your order.  (Note Text/SMS sign up required for SMS message.)
Alternatively, you can find tracking information in your order details on the My Accounts section on our website or app. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

Can I adjust my order?

We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped
We are unable to make modifications to your order once it has been marked as "shipping," or "delivered.”
Please contact via email at help@ezangelcreations.com to find out if changes to your order is possible.  Please do include information on the change being requested.

If the incorrect address is entered at checkout, EZ Angel Creations cannot be held responsible should order go missing.  We are not liable to refund or replace an order in which an incorrect address was provided.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you realize that the package is damaged before accepting the delivery please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us (help@ezangelcreations.com)

If you have accepted the delivery and realize the package is damaged
please feel free send us a message to help@ezangelcreations.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. For details please refer our returns policy.


I want to cancel my order

Can I apply promo code

You can apply promo code during checkout before making the payment.
If you face any issues, please send us a message with your promo code and we'll assist you (help@ezangelcreations.com)

Is gift-wrapping offered as a service? Is it charged?

Currently EZ Angel Creations does not offer gift-wrapping.  Although, if you mention it is a gift within the notes during check out, we will do our best to package it for delightful opening by the recipient.

You’ve sent me the wrong item

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure we can get this resolved for you quickly & effciently:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received in it's place
  • A clear photograph of the item you have received

Once we've received the above info, we will be in touch regarding next steps ASAP!
You may be asked to return the incorrect item back to us through our returns process. 
All claims for orders arriving with an incorrect item must be made within 7 days of delivery date.

I am missing an item from my order

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, please contact us
immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & effciently

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive

Once we've received the above info, we will be in touch regarding next steps ASAP!
All claims for orders missing an item must be made within 7 days of delivery date.
